Stone Crow Designs retains the right to refuse returns shipped without prior authorization

To request the return or repair of an item, please follow the below instructions:

• All requests must be emailed to Info@Stonecrowdesigns.com

• Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase

• Proof of purchase must be provided

• In order to expedite all return authorizations, we encourage each customer to address inquiries at the original place of purchase

• Merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, with no damages

• Merchandise that is received with any damages may be returned to customer without prior notice and may result in denial of return

• Customer must provide proof of purchase - no exception

• Any returns after 14 days of purchase will only be for store credit on stonecrowdesigns.com

• Stone Crow Designs must authorize all returns and exchanges. Any unauthorized exchanges will be denied and items will be sent back to the customer without prior notice

• Returns must be processed with Stone Crow Designs approved shipping labels

• All shipping & handling charges are non-refundable

• All Clearance items are final sales

Exchanges

Items purchased on StoneCrowDesigns.com can be exchanged within 14 days. You can exchange your purchase for another item or gift card as the original purchase.
